"Hazardous" Trees

The Planning Commission is holding a public hearing on May 18, in the Rainier Room at Shoreline Center, on the new, proposed regulations under the CAO that deal with hazardous trees and cutting of trees in critical areas, including cutting for views.

While these are and have been huge divisive issues in Innis Arden, the outcome will affect the entire city. It may well set the tone and spirit of environmental protection for many years to come. We have much to lose if we don't stand strong for the environment today.

PLEASE TAKE ACTION. WRITE A LETTER. ATTEND THE HEARING. Support the hazardous tree regulations, reject cutting for views in critical areas.
